About this house rental

Klippitztörl: Large, luxurious chalet "Panorama", 1'600 m a.s.l., 4 storeys. In the district of Kliening, in a sunny position on a slope, 600 m from the skiing area. Private: natural state property. In the house: with TV, WiFi, sauna (all included), sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Bad St. Leonhard Moosweg (West)" 15 km, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes 300 m, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Längssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Self-service machine for food and everyday necessities 500m away. According to the provider, WiFi reception cannot be guaranteed at all times due to the geographical location on the mountain and is highly dependent on the weather.
4-room chalet 130 m2. Spacious, partly with sloping ceilings, luxurious and tasteful furnishings: open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small bar. Bath/shower, sep. WC, hydro massage bath, Sauna. On the lower ground floor: open large living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table, satellite TV, digital TV and gas heater. Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the balcony. Top floor: 2 double bedrooms. Bath/bidet/WC, double hand-basin with corner bath. Electric heating, gas heating. Small balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher. Separate outdoor gas grill. Due to the geographical location, internet access cannot be guaranteed.

Bei diesem Ferienhaus ist an alles gedacht, für ein nachhaltiges Urlaubsfeeling. Wir 6 haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gehobene Ausstattung mit Infrarotsauna, Finnischer Sauna, Whirlpool, Kamin, ... war grandios. Auch für unseren kleinen Schatz (1/2 Jahr) war alles da was man braucht. Und dieser Ausblick jeden Morgen - ein Traum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Apartment ist 1:1 wie auf den Bildern! Wunderschön und ein Wahnsinns Ausblick mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten. Jederzeit wieder !

Das Chalet ist sehr komfortabel und schön eingerichtet. Die Wellnesseinrichtung war sehr schön. Leider ist die Umgebung Baustellenbedingt (sehr viel Staub und Lärm) momentan nicht zu empfehlen. Punkteabzug gibt es auch deshalb, weil ständig das Internet ausgefallen ist.
