Location is good - central, tv & wifi decent, bathroom & kitchen modern & new. Photos accurate.
Excellent WhatsApp communication with host. New towels, toilet rolls etc provided on request.
Cavtat is beautiful & we regretted booking an apartment without balcony or sea view.
Bad smell (told from drains & usually problem when windy) we complained & were moved to another room immediately. Second room also smelt but plumber came next day & resolved. Booking.com arranged with host compensation for 1 night. They dealt with problem well.

The property is in an ideal location in Cavtat where you can enjoy dining and beaches very close by. Also so close to the bus station which was a very affordable option to get to Dubrovnik.
A coffee maker would have been a nice option as coffee is very expensive by our typical standard.
