Quite a spacious appartment with large size bedrooms the lounge area contains a large TV and a dining table
The kitchen area has microwave, cooker ,fridge and a kettle which made food preparation quite easy
The bathroom was quite spacious however the shower water took a long time to drain away
The free WIFI worked well
Free carparking is available in the street outside
The staff were friendly and provided good information around how to access the property on our arrival

Location was quiet. Great access to transport system- there were good options to get bus to Swansea city centre which wasn't far from the property. There were also shops close by also which was really convenient even if you don't have access to a car.
The pre check-in process was very helpful and really set the tone for the stay. Spoke to Marcell before the stay and she explained the process and even answered unrelated questions as was first time in area. Very thoughtful.
There were a few things could have been better:- the entrance of the property was not the cleanest and first impression was not good. The living room was small and table was broken- even though it said non smoking, it smelt like old lingering cigarette smoke.
There was not enough bin bags, toilet paper, kitchen roll for the amount of people staying in the property for the allocated time.
It would have been nice touch to have a lighter for the gas stove - but wasn't a big deal as shop was a 5 min walk!
The property could do with an uplift in living areas/bathroom.
