It was very cosy and ideal for what we needed. The shower pressure was superb. The rooms were very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The cottage is in an excellent location outside Bala but requires a little TLC. The spindles on the staircase need glueing in place as they fall out; the light bulb above the shower still needs to be installed; the toilet seat in the bathroom needs fixing. All simple things.

The location to Bala and the mountains was excellent. The Kitchen was great but needs a dishwasher. The Log burner was good and kept the front room warm but a door at the bottom of the stairs would reduce heat loss.
The lack of bulbs in the bathroom. The light above the shower needs a bulb in it. The bulbs also are the wrong type. You cannot see properly when having a shower at night. The bulbs in the kitchen facing the sink also need replacing.
