Le prix était plus que correct
Pas de lumière dans la cage d’escalier, prévoir pour la porte de la douche, ainsi que le revêtement de la salle de bain, qui est vraiment en piteux état, revoir le les matelas qu’ils sont qu’ils sont vraiment de piètre qualité

Le logement est spacieux et proche du centre-ville. Possibilité de se garer facilement.
Manque flagrant d’entretien. Literie trés fatiguée , couette sale et déchirée, parure de drap usagée. Niveau salle de bain, robinet lavabos mal fixé, porte douche branlante, trou au parquet devant ldouche. Impossible d’avoir un programme à la télé malgré le reboutage de la box..
