Breakfast has rich variety. Not very luxury, but tasty. Staff is willing to fulfil requests and does everything to make you feel satisfied. Both staff in restaurant as staff at reception. The rooms are big and we were allowed to change our rooms due to our personal preferences. The rooms have full equipment, at least as much as you would like to see in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
One of the nights there were very noisy football people. They shouted at night time through the hotel and disturbed other guests. Nobody from the staff seemed to ask them to be a bit more quiet after midnight. We stayed in the hotel in the mosquito season, April. The room could have some anti-mosquito equipment for in the socket available. It would have given us a better sleep.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and always found it comfortable, clean and staff very helpful
Bar staff need to be able to produce the cocktails advertised on their menu, after a 2nd attempt the Pina Colada was drinkable!
