Studio de standing

La propreté et les équipements.

L’emplacement du studio est un peu éloigné du métro. En journée, il est possible de raccourcir le trajet en passant par un parc, mais celui-ci ferme à 20h, ce qui oblige ensuite à faire un détour assez important. Cela reste tout à fait faisable, mais avec de jeunes enfants, c’est un point à prendre en compte.

Нема терасу, неко двориште да би се могло боравити. Метро је око 15 минута од смештаја. Нема неких кафића и ресторана да би се могло сједити.

Rayna, the host, was really responsive. We were able to get to the flat 2 hours before check-in, which was great because the appartment is really outside of Paris centre and in this case we had no problems with our laggue. When we arrived we were welcomed by the cleaning lady.

We did not get the apartment we paid for, with outdor space. We got, I suppose, the same size on the 1st floor, but without outdoor space, and in this case the room is quite small for 2 adults and 2 children. I must say that we felt "robbed" because of this. This should be stated when making the reservation. In this case, we would not like to be there. Fortunately there is a children's playground a little further down the road. The location of the apartment is not the best. It is about 15 minutes walk from the metro station, but the neighborhood and street are quiet. There is no Paris vabe here. The kitchen, which should be fully equipped, is not. There are not enough dishes and utensils for 4 people. Maybe for two just fine. On the last day I also saw the "cleanliness" of the pillows and I almost had a stroke... anyway in my opinion, inadequate and definitely in need of washing!
