Great location, a bit away from the center. Easy to walk to the main points of interest. It is easier to walk to "Vrnjačke terme" than to start a car. I recommend visiting there "night swimming" from 9 pm to midnight - it pleases both the eye and the body.
There were no problems with parking near the house.
The apartment has a very comfortable double bed - our backs are grateful.
No problems with hot water. And cold tap water tastes good!
I would replace the old TV or one of the sofas with a desk, because there was no comfortable place to sit with a laptop (no convenient sockets). But this is not critical at the current cost of stay. You can surf the internet at the kitchen table :)
