Le chalet est vaste et très bien équipé et peut sans le moindre problème accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes. La cuisine est pouvue de tous les ustensiles utiles et une réserve de produits d'usage (huile, vinaigre, épices, café ...) est à disposition. Les piste de ski sont facilement accessibles à ski ou en navette privée (comprise dans la location). Le chalet se situe dans un village aclme et typique à deux pas de la sation d'Arc 1600 où l'on peut trouver toutes les facilités. Les propriétaires voisins sont aux petits soins pour que le séjour se déroule au mieux.
Rien de vraiment important car, même pour les non skieurs, des raquettes et des luges sont mises à dispostion et les lieux sont facilement accessibles à pieds.
