Lovely clean room complimentary drinks a lovely gesture… bed comfortable… great view! Steamer supplied which was excellent.

Loved the area and views from the cocktail bar. The included drinks in the fridge were very much appreciated
The toilet was running all night disturbed our sleep. Very slow service in the bar.

Breakfast was quite good and just above average. The decor around the hotel was very modern and clean.
The automatic light in the rooms toilet was very annoying, particularly during visits to it during the night. I do not like being woken up in the early hours with bright lights. Apparently there is no way to switch the auto facility off.
Ordered room service on the last night which took nearly 2 hours to arrive. Apparently the kitchen was trying to ring me to tell me that my requested drink was not available. However I had been in my room all the time and the phone did NOT ring. Why did nobody come to my room if they were unable to get a reply on the phone? No apology from any member of staff. In fact the attitude of all staff was not the best at any time of my stay.
