About this cottage rental
In Berry, 5 minutes from George Sand's house in Nohant, and 5 minutes from the town center of La Châtre and the Verneuil pottery workshops, the La Riffauderie gîte is located in a converted 18th-century farmhouse with a gated entrance. The gîte has a terrace and garden and is attached to another gîte.
Ground floor: living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette (45m²) - 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed) - shower room/toilet.
Upstairs: "pink" bedroom (1 queen-size bed and a cot) - "mauve" bedroom (1 double bed and 2 single beds) - "orange" bedroom (1 queen-size bed and a cot) - bathroom/toilet.
Electric heating (billed according to consumption).
Courtyard and lean-to.
Private parking on the property.
ARRIVAL BETWEEN 4 PM AND 6 PM
Optional extras:
End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash) €80
Single bed sheets €12 each
Double bed sheets €12 each
Towels €4 per person
Arrival between 4 PM and 6 PM. Departure before 10 AM.
Due to significant inconvenience, we no longer accept bookings for STUDENT PARTIES.
Please provide proof of liability insurance upon arrival.

La connexion wifi et la réception tv gagneraient à être améliorées.
Une desserte plus grande dans la cuisine serait appréciée, pouvant servir de rangement pour les ustensiles et de plan de travail.
Sinon, tout est parfait, propre, confortable, bravo et merci à l'hôtesse !
