About this cottage rental
In a property with an 18th-century château, you'll stay in an unusual gîte where you'll discover a small museum in the former stables.
This gîte is 10 minutes from Châteauroux and its oak forest, 20 minutes from George Sand's House, 15 minutes from Argenton-sur-Creuse and St Benoit du Sault (The Green Venice of Berry) and the Brenne Natural Park. A detached house with a breathtaking view of the château.
On the ground floor: entrance leading to the museum.
Upstairs: living room with fireplace - dining room (stove) - equipped kitchen - 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (which can be pushed together) - bathroom and shower room - 2 toilets.
Electric heating (consumption-based billing in winter: €0.21 HT: €0.17 HT)
Free Wi-Fi.
Large unfenced grounds
Private parking.
For teleworking, at your disposal: a desk in the living room with an armchair and lamp, an Orange fiber optic box.
This rate includes: cleaning, sheets.
Regarding bed linen, cleaning is carried out by a laundry company that ensures good hygiene standards. You will find them at the foot of each bed because we do not provide their installation.
Not included:
Electric heating and hot water based on consumption (meter readings upon arrival and departure).
