About this cottage rental
In Berry, between Châteauroux and Issoudun, near the land of George Sand and on the road to the Lignières equestrian center, the Ablenay gîte is nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by fields and woods.
Peace and relaxation are guaranteed in the shade of the walnut tree or by the fireplace. Amenities include a swing, a slide, and a sandbox for children. This former Berry farmhouse is attached to the owners' house and has a private landscaped garden. The ground floor comprises a living/dining room/fully equipped kitchen and a toilet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and an attic bathroom with a toilet.
Optional extras:
End-of-stay cleaning for individuals (excluding dishes and trash): €50
Single bed sheets: €10 each
Double bed sheets: €12 each
Towels: €7 per person
Electric heating (€6.50 per day) and wood (fireplace): free
