About this apartment rental
The well-furnished and energy-efficient apartment “Seebrunn - Außere Schwemmalm” belongs to the recently opened Seebrunn Residence, situated in the village of Kuppelwies, and is ideal for relaxing holidays in the beautiful South Tyrolese Alps. The 78 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite/cable television, a baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair (all 3 on request). You can start the day with coffee on the private covered terrace with great views of the surrounding mountains. The private outdoor area also boasts a garden, and there is also a communal playground area for children. Another highlight is the private sauna, where you can relax after a long day in the outdoors. Within 200-500 m you can find a café, a restaurant, a bus stop and an E-bike rental. Bigger supermarkets can be found a 5-minute drive (4 km) away in St. Walburg. The reservoir “Zoggler Stausee” is only 500 m from the residence and offers nice walking tours around the water. In winter, the ski lift “Schwemmalmbahn” is only 750 m away and takes you to several nice slopes. Furthermore, an ice rink and cross-country ski tracks are also closeby. The mountainous region boasts great opportunities for hiking and cycling, and once a week an alpine hike with the homeowner to the most beautiful alpine pastures in the Ulten Valley is organised. The city of Merano, well-known for its spa resorts and architectural beauty, is located a 45-minute drive (30 km) from the property and also invites you to go shopping or explore the many great restaurants serving local cuisine. South Tyrol’s capital Bolzano lies 58 km (a one-hour drive) from the property.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. In the afternoon, the washing machine can be used free of charge. The residence also has a ski storage.
On request, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning in our Almlounge Pfandl in the morning. You are also welcome to use our bread service.

It offers numerous advantages such as one ascent and descent per day with the Schwemmalm cable car, free travel on all public transport in South Tyrol, free admission to museums, free use of the Ulten Valley cross-country ski run, free admission to the Kuppelwies ice rink, the Ulten public swimming pool and much more.

Pros: Die Naturresidence Seebrunn ist ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem man sich sehr gut erholen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Norbert und Renate sind wundervolle, äußerst sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, bei denen wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Wir haben jeden Abend die großzügige Sauna sowie die Sonne im großen eigenen Garten (mit feinstem Rasen) genossen. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind ebenfalls für kleine Kinder gut geeignt; unsere 1-Jährige Kleine hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Ultental bietet tolle Wandermöglichkeiten und außerdem kann man schöne Tagesausflüge nach Meran und Bozen machen. Die Bergbahn ist auch nur wenige Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Im Restaurant & Pizzeria Kuppelwies gibt es sehr leckere Pizzen, die man auch abholen und in der Unterkunft essen kann.

Sei es das Organisieren eines Arztes oder Tipps für den nächsten Ausflug, Renate und Norbert sind immer für einen da.
Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die Bergtour mit Norbert zu Konrads Schusterhüttl und der Grillabend mit den beiden und natürlich Carmen.
