Le calme de l'endroit, la parking, la facilité pour trouver le logement, les équipements notamment dans la cuisine assez complète, le confort général du logement
Bon rapport qualité-prix
Nous avons été un peu déçus de la propreté, dans l'ensemble le logement était propre mais nous avons trouvé de nombreux cheveux par terre, c'est dommage. En dehors du lit la cuisine et les sanitaires étaient plutôt propres.
Les sanitaires sont un peu vétustes mais fonctionnels.
