My wife and I stayed in the smallest apartment on the ground floor, namely Marmot, the building in general looked freshly- and tastilly decorated, new facilities, clean throughout, warm, good beds, towels changed midweek, ski room including numerous wall-hanging boot warmers, laundry room in the building, ability to order from the bakery, sauna & infrared rooms, game room, loungers, good garage with a wide entrance, good instructions and FAQs by the owners, close to two bus stops, buses come in pairs every 15mins so there is always space albeit we were there out of school breaks (7-13/March/26)
No shops nearby (there is one by a petrol station downhill on the main road but it looked far enough for us not to try it when tired after an all day skiing), the Marmot apartment has no balcony therefore nowhere to air the ski clothes, has only one window that can be opened (bedroom), the living room is dark and needs more lighting, need to order a minimum of €10 for the bakery to deliver (not worth it for 2 people), no coffee table, we could have done with more plates and mugs - ended up hand washing (not convenient as no drying rack), apartment door sticky (difficult to open after entering the code), buses after 7pm are not free (€1.50pp), I tried asking (through email) what the different colours of bins under the sink were but got no answer, tried reaching out to the housekeeper (on whatsapp) when one of the washing machines was leaking water - went unanswered, too.
That's why I am including some little items that would normally not make it in my public comments in the hope that the owners/housekeepers will take note.
We generally had a very good stay in the apartment hence top marks despite the constructive comments.

De luxe van het appartement
Eigenlijk niets. Je moet alleen de skibus nemen om bij de piste te komen. Deze bus komt ieder kwartier en is 2 minuten lopen. Helemaal prima dus!

An immaculate, modern property, away from the noise of the St Anton high street which was perfect for our family trip. We stayed in the Hirsch apartment and parked our cars in the secure garage below. We barely used the cars as the slopes are easily accessed by a 10 minute ride on the free ski bus; the stops are 50 metres away.

Great place to stay in. The apartment we stayed in ( ground floor) is modern, very nicely designed, well equipped, clean, with underfloor heating . Shower very good. Beds comfy. Wellness ( with sauna , infrared room) extra bonus for after skiing rest. Also games room (pool, darts, tennis) very useful for evening entertainment. We did not use skis/boots storage room as we pre-booked one at a ski hire place but would use it next time (I am told the ski boots racks are heated). Washroom with washing machines and dryer also very useful. The whole place has a well looked after feel to it. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again. The supermarket can be reached within 7 minutes ( good selection) if you don't mind a steep walk back uphill. The bus stop for a shuttle bus to Sankt Anton ski resort is about 2 minutes from the property and buses run every 15 mins during the day- very convenient- drops you (within about 7-10 mins) next to the gondola lift (in Nasserein, Sankt Anton). Sankt Jakob is a lovely picturesque quiet village. We had a very nice meal in the Tenna Restaurant in Sankt Jakob ( 7 min walk from Moose Lodge).
Nothing significant to mention at all. Only a suggestion- adding garlic crasher and cheese grater to kitchen equipment would be useful, and making sure kitchen towels available.
