In this area, there is also a room for recreation and another bedroom equipped with a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and a balcony with view.
The second residential objec tof this unique villa also has two floors - the ground floor and the first floor. On each floor, there are two apartments; both of them include a double bed, bathroom, small kitchen and wardrobe.
