Great location, easy to walk everywhere from this place. The room is small, but you still have everything you need for the comfortable stay.
Always check the door lock, because sometimes it doesn't lock when you leave.
Also, you can hear everything that's going on outside and behind the door so it might affect your sleep.
Found some things under the bed from previous guests.

Location, easy check in instructions.
I requested a slightly later check-out and sent a message immediately after booking via the Booking.com platform. Unfortunately, the host did not respond, and overall communication was very poor. I called the day before check-out to request just an additional 1 to 1.5 hours, and was informed that there is a charge of €10 per hour. Considering the cost of the room for one night, this felt excessive and not very accommodating.
Additionally, the night curtains in the room were not wide enough to fully cover the window, which compromised privacy. As the room is on the ground floor, this made me feel uncomfortable, as people outside could partially see into the room.
