Great location, staff couldn’t do more, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, comfy deluxe room. Loved the bath, welcome drinks, coffee machine, views from all windows, great space to relax and feels like home 🏡
Noisy. Noise from kitchen area , plus staff under both windows talking and having cigarette breaks etc. New pillows a must! Couldn’t get tv channels despite re tuning however Leon did sort this for me in second night! Noise from staff walking up and down stairs below to basement kitchen. If you want peace and quiet this room is not for you.

Comfortable, clean,great location and good breakfast. Busy restaurant area looked good and popular.
Velox window blind broken not much daylight in loft room.

The fact the code didnt work, we had to wait a bit to get into our room. And ended up using a back up code
