De kamer was prima met de juiste faciliteiten op een fijne locatie. Storend was een rammelde kast als in de kamer gelopen werd.
De communicatie met de host. 5 mails op 2 dagen en dan nog bijkomend een telefoontje in het Engels waardoor je het gevoel krijgt dat je met fishing te maken hebt om 2 documenten in te vullen. Dan een zeer vreemd telefoontje (ook weer in het Engels) om te vragen waar de badge van de parking is. Als je uitlegt dat je nog niet eens vertrokken bent van de thuis locatie en je pas enkele uren laten zult arriveren, krijg je als antwoord: ik maar waar heb je de badge van de parking gelaten? Ik dacht even dat ik gek geworden was maar het lag niet aan mij. Als klap op de vuurpijl krijg je de dag van vertrek om 7 uur ‘s morgens nog maar eens een mail met een bedankje maar vooral de dringende vraag om zeker om 10 uur op te rotten. Ik reis veel maar dit heb ik in geen enkel hotel, gastenverblijf of b&b ooit meegemaakt. Abominabel slechte communicatie. Tenenkrommend. Om nooit meer te herhalen!

Drama, je moet eerst online formulieren invullen. Dat moet je maar net even weten. Dan wordt je gebeld door een onbekend nummer door een engels sprekende dame waardoor je direct aan fraude denkt. Als je uiteindelijk door hebt dat het van het hotel is en contact probeert te leggen dan is er toch een communicatie kloof. Mailtjes over en weer met formulieren die je moet invullen. Heb geloof ik wel 15 mails gehad. Aangekomen is het niet bekend waar je moet parkeren en hoe het werkt. Geniale oplossing met de sleutelkastjes maar wel een gehannes.
Het gedoe met de mails, de codes en het zoeken naar de sleutel.
