Come and discover this green and hilly region, rich in history, and settle in St-Ouen, a listed village with its manor house and Notre-Dame church.
Gilles has passionately restored this old house. Tranquility and comfort await you in a warm atmosphere. Neufchâteau, 24 km away, boasts a town center classified as a "protected area," which serves as the starting point for numerous discovery trails, from Gallo-Roman archaeology to the memory of Joan of Arc, from medieval fortresses and churches to geological and botanical curiosities (twisted beech trees). A walking trail, the "Anger Trail," starts from the gîte. It will lead you, for example, to the lakes of Saulxures-lès-Bulgnéville, Contrexéville, or Vittel. This is a detached house of 83 m².
Ground floor:
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed).
- Fitted kitchen, dining room with TV. Wood-burning stove (wood provided)
- Lounge area on the mezzanine.
- Shower room.
- Toilet.
First floor:
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed)
- Lounge area on the mezzanine.
Electric heating.
Enclosed grounds. 15 m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, and parasol. Swing set.
Utilities included up to 15 kWh per day. Any excess will be charged based on meter reading.
For babies: cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat.
Easy access via the A31 motorway, Bulgnéville exit, 7 km away.
