- A separate entrance.
- A living room with a dining area for 6 people. A lounge area with a coffee table and sofa. Kitchen: 4-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee maker, raclette grill, immersion blender, pressure cooker, kettle, and toaster. A fireplace stove (wood provided).
- A bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed.
- A bedroom with a 140/190 cm bed and a 90/190 cm bed.
- A bathroom with a large shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer, and washing machine.
- Separate toilet.
- Terrace in front of the cottage and adjoining grounds with dining area and barbecue.
Oil-fired underfloor heating. Baby equipment: bathtub, high chair, and travel cot.

It's the first house (yellow). From Le Tholy, head towards Epinal on the D11. From the Col de Bonnefontaine, it's the 4th road on the right as you descend the pass. It takes a bend and there's a mirror opposite (it's 3.5 km from the village). First house on the left.
