Holiday cottage converted from an old outbuilding, located in the heart of a tourist village in the Southern Vosges Mountains, near the Ballon d'Alsace. Numerous tourist and sporting activities are available nearby. On-site, you can play table tennis (rackets and balls provided), board games, and enjoy the swing set (with a slide) for children.
Nearby is the owner's private pond (fishing permitted). Groceries are 3 km away, and a doctor is 4 km away. Located in the village center. Detached house. Ground floor and first floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds). Open-plan fitted kitchen/living room. Bathroom. 2 toilets. Electric heating. Veranda. Terrace. Garage. Partially enclosed grounds.
Utilities not included beyond €35 of electricity per week.
The owners live in the neighboring house.
