About this apartment rental

As the saying goes ‘location is everything’ and you can’t get more centrally located in Kirchberg than Apartment Mountain View. Located on the 2nd floor above the famous ‘Cafe Lorenzoni.’ This freshly renovated apartment boasts modern furnishings and superb mountain views from its east and south facing balconies.



The Fleckalm and Maierlbahn Gondolas are just a few minutes by car or bus (bus-stop 30m from your door). Various restaurants, bars and cafe’s are all within walking distance. Apartment Mountain View is also well placed for summer guests with various hiking/biking beginning on your doorstep. The Badesee Kirchberg (man made swimming lake) is just a 10min walk with Kitzbühel’s Schwarzsee (black lake) and the Schwarzsee Golf Course located just 3km away.

Location was great, apartment was a nice space with lots of storage and fantastic views over the mountains. The apartment needs a good clean - on the surface it looks clean but places like the skirting boards were covered in dirt and under the sofa and bed was really bad - I had to keep picking up toys from under the sofa. Lots of crumbs down the sides of the sofas. It's not been cleaned under there for a LONG time - it's a shame as the apartment was great but the cleaning is really letting it down.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment that offered all the amenities you could expect and enough space for the four of us (parents with two children) to move freely.
