It's an old building (that gives a taste of old Nice) but everything functions well. Kitchen and terrace are okay and I had a shared double with shower and separate toilet next door that was fine. Good curtains. Safe and conveniently located.
The bunk bed was a bit uncomfortable (thin stairs and soft mattress). A little table would be very useful. The place lacks character ...

Good location, close to train station and grocery store. Room had some AC.
Bathrooms had mold and don't feel like it gets a good cleaning very often. Bath towel provided was pretty dirty with lots of stains and discoloration. Bed was alright for one night but linens were pilling and didn't feel the best.
