Close to all of the wonderful and exciting things Palm Springs has to offer – unique downtown shops, restaurants, The Spa Casino, numerous golf courses, Knott’s Water Park, the Famous Tramway, Movie Theatres, Live Theatre, The Village Fest Street Fair and so much more..
Mesquite Country Club is one of the most favorable locations in Palm Springs. Very clean, very desirably located. The condo features two patios. The main patio stretches the width of the unit, dining set with umbrella, and has poolside views. The second patio is off the second bedroom backing onto the kitchen and features south mountain views.
Mesquite Country Club is located 5 minutes away from the airport and downtown Palm Springs. It hosts an 18 hole public golf course, club house, tennis courts, swimming pools, beautiful walking/biking trails and more. The landscaping is perfectly manicured and consistently maintained. Phase IV is not located on the golf course.

Stayed for the month of November 2024. A little dated, but well equipped and everything worked. Property manager handled any issue promptly and effectively. Excellent location, close to nature reserve and about an hour walk to downtown Palm Springs. Excellent pool and hot tub area.quiet and private

This was our first “snowbird” experiment - a winter long-stay in Palm Springs. We feel that we made a great choice with this unit. Though the decor is a bit dated, it’s spacious and extremely well-equipped. The gated development is quiet, with a choice of pools. The former Mesquite Golf Course, now being re-wilder as the Prescott Preserve is just across the road for easy strolls.

Location of the property was good. The condo was comfortable and easy to maintain. The kitchen was functional with more than adequate dishes, pots and pans etc. The patio had great morning, early afternoon light and shade for the heat of the day. Garth was very responsive to any needs we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our two months!

I stayed here for the month of February 2021 and was very happy. It's quiet (no one above or below you), spacious, conveniently located near good walking areas. Groceries, restaurants, and such are a mile away, so good walking distance for me, or for others easy to drive to. I highly recommend.
