Everything about the house is fantastic, the location is brilliant, will surely recommend this accommodation very clean.
We wanted to extend the booking but it was too late lol.

Large house with plenty of space for 7 of us. The washing machine was well used. The outside patio was nice if the weather had cooperated. The host was responsive when I advised there was no hair dryer and even provided a USB plug we were in need of.
Start up for the hot water was a litte confusing but worked well. The key code wasn't provided until check in time of 3 pm so if you're early I'm not sure you could get access. Not many dining options nearby but several convenience markets proved adequate for heat up meal options.

There was good space, comfortable beds, the cleaner was still there on arrival and was v friendly.
The location was perfect as we were in between two locations in barking and Chadwell heath for the majority of our stay so it was nice and central to them and cut down on our journey times.
Good back garden space incl washing line. Was useful.
Electric towel rails were appreciated.
Iron and ironing board available, hoover etc.
Lockbox is convenient for when members of our party were arriving at different times.
Parking was good, neighbours were friendly.
10min walk to tube station and shops was convenient.
I'd have preferred to receive the code earlier.
The downstairs shower had no hot water.
The upstairs (top floor) shower seemed clogged but I couldn't figure out how to open it to clean it so the water would drain properly.
For a 6 bedroom property there wasn't many cups/ kitchen utensils, perhaps they'd been taken by previous occupants.
I couldn't find the clothes airer listed.
