This cottage, adjoining the owner's house, is located on the village square and has a separate, enclosed garden (100 m²).
Nearby: Pandraux golf course (6 km), Couteaux troglodyte dwellings, the Voie Verte (greenway) in Brives-Charensac (14 km), St-Julien-Chapteuil (11 km) with all shops and services, church, Jules Romains Museum, and the Neyzac mills. Ground floor: living room/kitchen (sofa bed), WC.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 single bed), shower room, WC.

Go up to the village square; the gîte is located next to the fountain at 5 Place de l'Assemblée.
