Location is exceptional. Facilities were what we had hoped, and we loved the spa and the heated boot room. Last but not least, Barbara and her team were consummate professionals who were quietly always there to go the extra mile.

This was a superb chalet with excellent facilities. We had planned to eat out on 4 of the 7 nights but only went out twice as it was so easy and enjoyable to take meals in the chalet

Staff was responsive, very friendly, and caring! I texted Barbara often and she helped with restaurant recommendations, train support, etc. Stefan met us in person to walk through the apartment, give us the door code, show us amenities, and was very friendly.
Excellent breakfast delivered every morning (7-8 am we chose!) which included bread, croissants, pastries, cheese, meats, jam, cereal, butter, milk, yogurt, and eggs to cook yourself. Kitchen had everything we needed! It's amazing waking up to a full spread and cooking our own eggs makes the meal even more fresh. Mid-day pastries/snack brought up while we were out every day which was a nice surprise.
Beds were fantastic, super comfortable, great pillows. Living room was spacious and a great area to lounge together. Bathrooms were large, clean, and modern!
Entire apartment was sparkling clean, no bugs or dirt spotted anywhere.
Location was quiet for sleeping yet still only a 5 minute walk to the ski rental and lift. ~15 minute walk from the train station and ~15 min walk from some of the main restaurants/bars. Gorgeous view out the back door towards the mountain.
Amenities were wonderful as well. Sauna open from 4-8 PM every day to wind down after skiing. Table tennis available in the garage. Heated area to hang ski equipment on the 1st floor which made sure everything was dry for the next skiing day!
Value for money was great as well. Sleeps up to 10 comfortably. We were 7 total and 3 people got their own rooms/bathrooms while 4 shared 2 rooms/bathrooms.
Very little could be improved here and none of these are that important, but if I had to say:
1. We only found 3 table tennis rackets, a 4th would be great for doubles! Most of the table tennis balls were too light and not the real kind, but there were 2 that were good.
2. We only tried once but couldn't connect to Netflix on the TV. I think casting was an option but we couldn't get that to work.
3. A couple of the showers were not the standing kind but instead tubs (which would be great for baths). However, perhaps include a shower curtain for the bathrooms with tubs so water does not go everywhere. We didn't shower in the tubs but just a recommendation.

everything. great rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a wonderfully equipped kitchen, delicious breakfast delivered each morning, kind attentive staff.
it was a little warm in the apartment with no clear way to adjust temperature.
