The accommodation has two cosy bedrooms with a total of three beds, including two double beds and a sofa bed in the communal area. With two bathrooms - with shower and toilets - as well as a guest toilet, we ensure maximum comfort. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and offers appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, Senseo Pad coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.
Equipped with WiFi, central heating and three televisions in German language, the apartment offers all amenities for a relaxed stay. A highlight is the spacious terrace of 17 m² with garden furniture and breathtaking mountain views.
The location is ideal for sports enthusiasts: Only 400 metres from the Silvretta Montafon ski area, the accommodation offers direct access to winter sports activities such as skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. In summer, mountain biking, hiking, climbing and paragliding attract visitors to the beautiful mountain landscape.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find shopping opportunities, restaurants, and leisure facilities. The Montafon Golf Club is located just 5.4 km away, and the Aquarena St. Gallenkirch is within a few minutes' walk. A parking space directly at the building rounds off the offer.

A vacation in a spacious, modern and well equipped house, everyone found their place, both children and adults, the place is located in the "paradise" of nature, within walking distance or a short drive away there are endless marked trails, mountains, forest, super large and comfortable, many local restaurants and the on-site restaurant was excellent.
The service is very friendly and helped us with information and recommendations for activities in the area.
