Great location, nice owners that were responding immediately.
The price was too high, considering the space that was limited and the distance from the city centre. The owners asked us to leave 39 euros of tassa di soggiorno, in cash, when leaving the place.

Ubytování bylo skvělé. Dobrá cena, výkon a do centra kousek. Styl zařízení se nám velice líbil. Všude bylo čisto. Spali jsme v Boloni dvě noci a nemohli jsme si na nic stěžovat. Na oknech byly žaluzie a nic nás nerušilo. Výhodou je možnost něco si uvařit apod. V kuchyňské části je vše potřebné. koupelna byla zajímavě řešena a nebyl s ničím problém. Ložnice byla zajímavě vyvýšena. Bezproblémová WIFI. Pokazil se mi klíč-ovladač k zamykání auta. A v ulici vedle, u Vietnamců, hned za benzínovou pumpou, jsem si v neděli večer koupila náhradní baterku do ovladače a mohla si zamknout auto, které parkovalo na ulici.
Jediné, co by stálo za úvahu ke zlepšení: U schodů , které jsou relativně vysoké, dát zábradlí. Ale i tak bychom dali 10!
