The apartment is almost brand new, with all necessary facilities and equipment. The location is very convenient for sightseeing all attractions in Nis’s city centre. The private garage in the city centre is real bonus.

The location couldn't be better, just a 10-minute walk to the city center with tons of restaurants and bars nearby. The place exceeded my expectations honestly. It was spotlessly clean, had reliable hot water (which isn't always a given), good AC, and basically everything you need to feel at home. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet.
If you're driving, don't even hesitate…book this place immediately. It comes with underground parking, which is like finding gold in Europe. Forget about hunting for street parking or paying through the nose for public lots. Just park in the garage and you're free to explore the city on foot.
And Petar is fantastic such a warm, positive guy who really goes out of his way to help. Always has a smile on his face and genuinely cares about making your stay great.
I really wish I could've stayed longer. Niš is such an underrated gem definitely worth more time than most people give it
