Beautiful one-bedroom apartment with a very sunny terrace and panoramic views of the Gâvres lagoon in the small, upscale 2015 residence "LES ALIZÉS". "Relaxation and tranquility guaranteed." It features an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a corner sofa (sleeps 140cm) with sea views and access to the terrace, a bedroom with sea views, access to the terrace, and a large closet (storage bed 160cm), and a bathroom with toilet. Parking is free within the residence. The accommodation includes a 3G Wi-Fi key, a private garage, and free outdoor parking.
All amenities are within walking distance. The accommodation is a 20-minute drive from Lorient and a 5-minute ride on the waterbus.
*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed. A tourist tax will be charged in addition, according to the current Cap Lorient Agglo rates.
