The house was tiny but has everything that you need. There was coffee and tea, a fridge, a small dining table with chairs. The bed / couch was comfortable enough to watch some TV and to sleep. Also the house was clean and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. Although the location was not so scenic, it was close to the beach and/or restaurants (about 5 - 10 minutes walking distance).
The location is in the middle of a street, a little backwards in an alley. The name cottage usually suggests something a bit more scenic. In the true sense of the word it is right; a small, seasonal house. The parking situation, although not very clear while booking, was mentioned in the leaflet. It may have been mentioned and missed by me, I cannot remember. The parking is 24/7 @ 3 Euro per hour. So, for our stay (1 night) that would be a total of around 50 Euro, which is significant. The suggested free parking is a short walk away (about 10 minutes / 750 meter). That was not so much of a hustle for us since we didn't needed our car. If you do need your car it is good to know up front.
The bedding situation upstairs is fine for young and fit people. However, the climb upstairs was too much for my mother (76 y/o) and my pregnant wife didn't like it much either, quite steep.

Das Haus ist klein,aber es ist alles da was man braucht.
Es war auch sehr sauber😍
Der kostenlose Parkplatz liegt in 6 Gehminuten entfernt.
Der Strand unter zehn Minuten Fußweg.
Top Lage.
Uns hat es super gefallen.
Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Die Ausstattung war wirklich super es hat an nichts gefehlt
Hunde sind willkommen und das ist wunderbar
Es war leider einfach zu kalt. Unten gibt es eine Fußbodenheizung die aber zu kalt eingestellt ist. Die Gastgeberin kam extra vorbei um mir zu zeigen, dass ich sie höher stellen kann das Problem ist aber nachts geht diese per Zeitschaltung komplett aus ebenso oben der einzige Heizkörper das Haus kühlt so extrem schnell ab und Brauch einfach zu lange um wieder einigermaßen warm zu werden.
Also wenn man dort im Winter ist sollte man sich warme Sachen und Socken einpacken. Uns war es zu kalt.

Good, if quirky, location. Beds were super comfy. Shower was nice.
The bedroom is literally accessed by a ladder in a hole in the floor! This is fun but would be highly unsuitable for young children or anybody with mobility issues. The shower and toilet are downstairs but the sink is up in the loft room, which is an odd and slightly impractical arrangement. It would be helpful to have the arrival instructions in English as well (I had a Dutch friend with me so was fine and could probably have worked it out ok but was worried I would have missed an important instruction).
