The property was outstanding. Clean, great size and brilliant location. The cleaner needs recognition for what she does. She was extremely helpful, polite and very caring.

bedrooms and bathrooms were great
clean and new
wifi and staff helpful
but the sofas were not clean and plates were not fully clean either
as above
the sofas could have been cleaned better as hair on them and food and hard food stuck to plates in the kitchen and cutlery

The bathrooms are spacious, the bedrooms are sizable (relative to avg homes in London), and the location is super - just 3 minutes walk from the train station.
The security deposit is just unnecessary as any risks could be priced into the rates charged per night. The rules could have be written in a more friendly language

The property was spot on, clean and lovely. We made sure to leave the property in good condition once we left so it wasn’t hard work for the cleaner.
However, that £200 deposit fee u pay it’s been nearly 2 weeks and haven’t got anything back.
Every time I stay and pay a deposit on booking.com, you get it back within the next 3-5 days
We phoned booking.com twice and the first time we was told the company FORGOT to send it pretty much. Beyond a joke
Still chasing this deposit up 2 weeks later and received nothing…
