L'appartamento è in una ottima posizione sulla Via pedonale principale. Si trova al terzo piano ed è privo di ascensore, ma questo non risulta un problema anzi, fare un paio di rampe di scale fa solo che bene. La cucina è dotata di tutte le necessità. Il parcheggio, sia gratuito, sia a pagamento è a circa 100 metri e ci sono anche due colonnine per la ricarica dei veicoli elettrici. Sul viale ci numerosi bar e ristoranti. A breve distanza c'è la passeggiata che si affaccia sul piccolo porto di Ortona, così come si può raggiungere rapidamente la pista ciclabile che conduce ai famosi trabocchi.
Solo per nostre abitudini, aver avuto un piccolo microonde a disposizione, avrebbe permesso di scaldare con maggiore rapidità le vivande, ma questo non cambia il positivo giudizio del soggiorno.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, renoviert und sauber. Die Lage ist super und wir konnten sogar um die Ecke unser EV laden.

Sehr schöne neue Wohnung in Top Lage. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber die uns auch einen Tisch in einem sehr gutem Restaurant reserviert haben.
Parken ist etwas problematisch, da die Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone liegt. Wir konnten unsere Motorräder aber in einer Seitengasse abstellen

die Lage ist super, die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, die Ausstattung ist brandneu, der auf die Hauptstraße alles super sauber und warm: einfach perfekt
