Accommodation description:
This authentic farmhouse is beautifully located in the village area, which is part of the well-known Bramberg am Wildkogel. The second and third floors of this farmhouse are entirely at your disposal. Via the stairs you reach the lovingly decorated cosy dining room with open kitchen. It is furnished with lots of wood and a decorative tiled stove. One of the bedrooms is on the mezzanine and in the shared garden you can enjoy the Austrian sunshine in summer. Fantastic!
Winter sports fans benefit from the ideal location in relation to the ski resorts of Kirchberg-Kitzbühel (Panoramabahn gondola about 2 km away) and Bramberg-Neukirchen (Smaragdbahn ski lift about 2 km away). The ski bus leaves in front of the farm.
In spring, summer and autumn, this region offers the most beautiful walks, cycling and mountain bike rides through untouched nature. Want to cool down on a hot summer day? There is a swimming pool 500 metres away on foot. The famous Großglockner but also the Krimmler Wasserfälle are nearby, and both are definitely worth a visit!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Sehr gemütliches, geräumiges Haus! Man braucht zwar ein Auto, um überall hinzukommen, aber das war für uns kein Problem. Es gibt auch einen Skibus, aber den haben wir nicht benutzt.

Die Unterkunft war super! Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit einem Neufundländer dort dieser tat sich etwas schwer mit der sehr steilen Treppe. Die Ankunft war problemlos konnten auch schon früher in die Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist schön, mit dem Skibus hat es prima geklappt. Leider ist das Skigebiet in Holländischer Hand und es lief beim Apré Ski die Lieder auch schon auf Holländisch. Kamen uns vor als wären wir in Holland nicht in Österreich im Urlaub.

Wat een heerlijk huis in een geweldige omgeving! Wij waren met een familie van 10 Personen en hebben echt een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Elke ochtend lagen de verse broodjes al klaar bij de deur! De eigenaresse woont zelf onder het verhuurde gedeelte dus ze is altijd in de buurt. Vanuit het huis kun je een mooie wandeling maken naar het dorpje Bramberg. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!
