The location was absolutely spot on 15 mins away from the city centre walking gently. Almost the same to go to the sea side but a plus which wasn't highlighted on the advert was that Carrefour is only 15 mins walk and 3 mins drive from the flat.
The only downside for us was the fact that we came with our VW Transporter and unfortunately, we had to park it outside due to the height restriction of 1.8m . Other than this, I would highly recommend Eric and his flat.

Appartement spacieux, bien agencé, tout est bien pensé et pratique, très propre, idem côté literie, couettes oreillers, grand confort d'arriver libremement à l'heure qu'on souhaite avec la boîte à clef, sécurité pour la voiture avec le parking fermé, luxe de l'ascenseur pour monter les bagages. Grande confiance de L'Hôte Eric qui fait super plaisir, à l'écoute et très arrangeant. Un grand grand merci pour ce séjour
