Luxury villa four brothers apartments are located in Podstrana, a town not far from Split, bounded by the Adriatic blueness which, by its transparency and intriguing colors, contributes to the uniqueness of the landscape.
If you want to enjoy the sights of the city of Split, only 10km away from the apartment, you can approach the bus station which is 3min away from the apartment or by car.
The total surface area is 600m2 and the villa consists of ground floor and 2 upper floors. The apartments have their own private parking, which consists of 5 parking places connected to the main road.
The villa is located on the first row by the sea and has a beautiful spacious yard where details of the nightlight give a special note. The exterior scales, which connect all the apartments, each with a separate entrance, lead to a beautiful green oasis with two palm trees that provide extra specialty. Also, stairs leads to the exit on the pebble beach.
Each apartment has a balcony with beautiful sea view whose colors are particularly pronounced at sunset. On the balcony there is a table and chairs, for those who like to eat outdoors or who like to relax with the noise of the sea, reading their favorite book or with a glass of wine.
What makes these apartments special is design of the interior and exterior that is tended to every detail. The furniture in pastel colors is a contemporary design.
Luxury Apartment Ivan at Villa Four Brothersis located on the ground floor of the villa and it have 150 square meters. Upon entering the apartment, a hall leads you to a dining table with chairs and bench, as well as to the spacious living room where the green shelves give an extra dose of specialty. The living room as well as one bedroom, which has its own makeup table and its own bathroom, are connected with a green garden. The beautiful grey and white kitchen consists of a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and ice maker. The apartment consists of four bedrooms which all have a spacious double bed with nightstands and a TV. In the hall, which comes to the exit of the kitchen, there is one bathroom and toilet and other three bedrooms, one of them has its own bathroom and a makeup table. All rooms have air conditioning. The bathroom consists of a wash machine, hair dryer, and towels.
Apartment is only few steps away from the large and spacious beach on the beautiful adriatic sea. On the beach you can find chairs and umbrellas so you can spend all day on the beach.

The apartament is just a few steps away from the beach and there are very good restaurants close by. The interior is spacious and equipped with all modern amenities. We spent a nice family holiday there!

Everything was amazing. From the host, to the spacious apartment and to the beach a stone throw away from the balcony. Everything you need is in the apartment. The apartment is on the main floor so we had access to a small yard for the kids to play and quick access to the beach. A short uber/bus ride to Split. We'll be back soon.

The home was beautiful - even more so than shown in the pictures! The apartment is quiet, clean, and has beautiful views of the water. It it walking distance from the beach and near good restaurants and bars. Stipe was very friendly and responsive and gave us great recommendations of things to do in Split. I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment!!
