The site was perfect plenty to do and good facilities on site and close to amenities.
The caravan wasn't clean the gutters hadn't been done for months I must of got rid of 100+ spiders just so my wife and daughter could sleep comfortably. The walls were dirty and stuff stored all under beds and in the sofas.

It put a roof over our head for a week and the tv worked.
Smells musty wet dog smell. Possibly the carpets. Dish drainer rack was filthy. Gas flame in oven was not variable, so we couldn't use it. There was no washing machine in the van as I assumed from the description.
Although a lot of thought had been put into the visual presentation, and it was generally clean enough, I didn't feel that it was quite up to the standard expected: utensils had been put away dirty, the oven needed cleaning, bathroom floor/ door etc.
One thing that stood out from the start was that all shelves were covered in trinkets and ornaments....possibly to make guests feel at home. But guests need room to put down cosmetics, cameras, phones, books etc. The table was completely set with cereal bowls and wine glasses. Why???? They were in the way! What is the point?
It was okay, but for the money I expected better.
