Giorgio is the best host ever. The location of the apartment is amazing. it only takes 10 mins to reach historical center with bus 11. The apartment was very clean, and had all the equipment you would need. I would definitely stay here next time I visit Florence.

You can walk to the historic center from this location, or take a bus (the bus stop is very close). We chose the place also because of the parking options, which this location provided. The host was pleasant and very helpful, he explained everything what we need to know.

L’accessibilité au centre de Florence par le bus à 50m. Stationnement facile et gratuit à proximité. La capacité pour 4 personnes avec deux vraies chambres et des grands lits. Le ménage très propre malgré la vétusté des lieux. Convient pour 2 nuit pas plus.
La localisation dans une avenue très bruyante face au Mac Donald et à côté d’une station service. Pratique mais insupportable d’ouvrir les fenêtres. A cette saison ça passait mais de climatisation l’été. L’appartement vétuste mériterait une rénovation et mise aux normes actuelles : literie usée, pas de coin salon pour se reposer, équipement minimaliste. Décoration et meubles très anciens. Rapport qualité / prix abusif.
