About this villa rental
Casa Massa is a welcoming 4 bedrooms villa dating back to the 15th century is located in the oldest and most central area of Amalfi A car is not necessary in order to stay at Casa Massa . The town offers great bus and taxi services, but if you have a car, it is possible to reserve a private parking lot roughly 400 meters away from the house. (Parking is only possible in paid parking).
No private parking area is available, but the ‘Luna Rossa’ public parking is a few minutes away from the residence and can be reached by two different lift systems adjacent to the parking lot:
– From the lift system uphill from the house, and then 74 steps back up to reach the house.
– From the house to the lift system lower down the hill there are 95 steps down.
You can also opt for private parking with valet service to be booked.

One of the most beautiful if not, the most beautiful property we have stayed in on the Amalfi coast. The ability to walk into town and have access to ferries enhanced the experience.

Honestly, the pictures don’t do the property justice! This property is absolutely gorgeous!! The site was clean and well cared for! The villa manager Bruno was awesome and was just a text away if we needed anything, two other staff members, housekeeper Rosario and porter Forio were also super helpful and kind! Bruno also helped us arrange a private chef for one of our dinners and that was excellent!! The villa is close to the town of Amalfi and within walking distance to the city center shopping area and beaches and is perched between Amalfi and Maiori so you get views of both from different sides of the house. Bruno was honest with us about the route to the villa which included a ride in a lift plus a few flights of stairs but it was well worth the climb!!! I only wish we could have stayed longer!!
