Property was excellent in every regard
Not the owners fault but the managing agent is utterly hopeless. Tried six times to get a VAT receipt and in the end they sent me one claiming VAT was £12 on a £600+ stay and are now ignoring me. Very poor, and costing me £100+ in lost VAT offset.

An exceptional and stylish place with every conceivable amenity, beautifully clean, warm and homely. A wonderful host who was on hand for any questions, a simply stunning and peaceful place in the middle of busy life. I cannot recommend The Granary highly enough. It was a very comfortable and well set up accomodation. Several nice touches which made it feel homely and relaxing. It was a quiet location which suited us well and yet with access to good roads nearby.
I would have preferred to not have to strip the beds and take out the rubbish myself and have this included in the price.
