2 York House is a beautiful second-floor apartment in a Grade II listed property resting in the centre of Dartmouth, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a twin with 2'6" beds (zip/link can be king-size on request), and a twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a living room/diner with a gas fire. Outside there is a balcony leading from the living area with seating, and a parking permit is provided for the Town Car Park. 2 York House is a wonderfully central base from which to enjoy the wonders of Dartmouth.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, small fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, DAB radio, TV and WiFi. F Small balcony overlooking the river with seating. Sorry, no pets. Strictly No Smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 mile. Note: This property does not accept children under 5. Note: Children must be supervised at all times when out on the balcony. Note: The property is reached via a communal staircase with 42 steps. An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces). Please note that it is not available during the August Regatta.
Restricted parking is available on the road near to the property (unrestricted October to April inclusive).
