About this apartment rental
Our private modern self contained studio is set in the beautiful Waitetuna Valley countryside near Raglan.
The studio is located underneath the main house and has its own private parking space, entranceway and garden.
The airconditioner keeps the space warm in winter and cool in summer.
If your looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life then look no further.
A great place for couples to escape to through winter and summer.
Its a short 20 min drive to Raglan and 20 mins to central Hamilton.
The studio has a small kitchenette with small fridge, small electric frypan, airfryer, microwave, jug and toaster as well as plates and cutlery. There is no oven or cook top.
All quality bedding and linen provided.
We provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, cereals and milk.
The studio is open plan lounge with bedroom around corner.
A separate kitchenette and bathroom.
There is a comfortable queen bed with a gel memory foam topper which guests rave about!
SKYTV with SKY SPORT and SKY MOVIES
A bit about us:
We live in the main house directly above the studio and you will hear us walking around however we do try to keep the noise to a minimum.
You might hear the coffee grinder grinding roasted coffee beans in the morning. We are happy to share a fresh brew of coffee if you would like to join us.
We have 3 dogs, 3 cats and 2 goats and several active beehives in the gardens. The dogs do what dogs do and so you might see them running around but dont worry they are friendly and your area of the garden is fenced off.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
There is rural internet wifi available.

Pleasant location but to far away from Raglan.Cooking hopeless, as no sink to clean utensils, Air fryer, etc or bench room,the only sink was in the bathroom.Extreme amount of noises coming from upstairs early in the morning which was disappointing on holiday!
