Gîte located 6 km from the beaches, 8 km from La Baule, 10 km from Guérande and St Nazaire, and near the Parc de Brière, adjoining the owners' house. Enclosed garden of 200 m² with flowers. Ground floor: living room/living room with sofa bed (140x190), separate kitchen (access by 2 steps), bathroom/wc. Mezzanine: 1 bedroom (3 beds 90x190). Additional equipment: Wifi, complete baby equipment, small freezer.
Included: gas heating, electricity.
Not included: sheets, bathroom/house linen and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (65€). Animals: €100 deposit.

Très bonne semaine passée dans cette maison de St André des eaux. Nos hôtes nous ont très bien accueilli et ont été soucieux de notre bien-être. La maison nous convenait parfaitement. Simple et confortable à la fois, nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin.
La proximité de St André avec les villes balnéaires est très appréciable et les balades dans la Brière sont nombreuses. Il est probable que nous reviendrons dans cette location.
