As you enter this home greets you with an open floor plan where they can enjoy the comfy large sectional sofa and two love leather swivel rocking chairs as you watch a little TV or just enjoy some downtime. This flows into the kitchen where at the bar there is seating for 4, a separate dining space with seating for up to 10. The kitchen has tons of cupboard space and sleek black stainless appliances including a gas range. The main level also boasts a ½ bath, a master bedroom with bath, and an outdoor patio area complete with a BBQ grill and outside dining.
Upstairs you will find a washer and dryer, a bunk room with 2 full over full bunk beds, a huge bean bag chair, and a TV. You can escape and sit on the deck in the cool egg chair. There is a second master bedroom with an en suite with King Bed and TV, and the 3rd bedroom upstairs has another king bed and TV too. There is an additional full bath down the hall. Each upstairs room has access to an outdoor balcony where you can enjoy the views of St George.

We recently had the opportunity to take a family trip to St. George for the holidays and stayed at the Lofts at Green Valley (A Red Rock Rental property) for the holiday. We found the condo to be spacious and well-appointed with plenty of room for the 8 people we traveled with (there was even one bedroom we didn't need to use at all). For the adults, there were two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that made getting moving in the morning a breeze. The four kids aged 9 to 17 stayed in the "kids room" which had two bunk beds giving everyone their own comfortable place to crash out in the evenings. The kitchen was nicely appointed with a large fridge and a gas range (BBQ on the back patio) which was great as we cooked in the house all week and found that we had about all we needed including Tupperware for leftovers. The main living spaces were nicely appointed with plenty of sitting room for movies in the evenings (we binged The Hobbit series and the latest Star Trek movies on our own Amazon FireStick - Internet speeds were perfectly accommodating). The property amenities were great too. The weather ranged from 30ºF to 50ºF during our stay, so pretty mild for a new year's holiday. The kids loved the heated pool (warm enough for the kids but we old folks stuck to the hot tub) and spent many hours up there throwing a football and diving for quarters. But maybe the most important of the amenities was yet to come… As I'd alluded to in the title, we did in-fact find love while on holiday in St. George, but not in the romantic sense. Rather, in a pickleball sort of way. Right behind the unit are two pickleball courts, pretty popular among the natives at "The Lofts" but they became VERY popular with our family as well. Prior to setting foot on the court in St. George, none of us had played the sport. After leaving we'll be hard-pressed to put our paddles down. It was love at first serve. We spent hours a day playing the game and it quickly became the theme of our stay. It was a lot of fun, and we burned a ton of calories while we were at it. Offset by cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and recuperative soaks in the hot tub at night our days were full from stem to stern. We would absolutely recommend this place, and maybe one day if our aspirations of pickleball super-stardom are achieved we'll spring for another stay and do it all again.
