About this house rental
Located in Sarnonico in the region South Tyrol-Trentino, the holiday home ‘Landhaus Silene’ is nestled within beautiful nature. Boasting a mountain view, the charming house consists of an open living room with access to a private, ground-level terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a WC. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine with a dryer, underfloor heating and a highchair (upon request). Start your day with a hot cup of coffee on your covered terrace while you enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the area, or prepare meals with organic vegetables, herbs and fruit from our own garden and eat them in the fresh air. In the natural garden with a lawn you will also find a swimming pond where you can cool down on warm days. Benches, tables, deckchairs and parasols in the garden invite you to unwind outside with a good book. The holiday home also boasts a private balcony. Restaurants, cafes and a bar can be reached on foot in 2-6 minutes and the nearest supermarket is just around the corner, a 1-minute walk away (96 m). The city of Bolzano (Bozen) is approximately 40 minutes away by car and the city of Merano (Meran) is an approximately 50-minute drive from the property. The ski resort Merano 2000 can also be reached by car in 52 minutes (43.4 km).
Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The house is wheelchair accessible.
The Trentino guest card is included in the price and you can enjoy many benefits of it at museums and places of interest. You also have free use of public transport with it.

Pros: Wir fanden neben dem wunderbaren Ferienhaus äußert nette Vermieter vor. Am meisten Spaß hat uns die Abkühlung im privaten Schwimm-Pool-Teich bereitet. Aufgrund der knapp 1000 Meter Höhenlage war es bei der Hitze äußert angenehm. Zum Wandern ist der Mendel- und Gampenpass in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Hier gelangt man auch nach Bozen und Meran. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!

Pros: Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer und der Küche auf die Berge war wieder beeindruckend. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und die Vermieter freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit…

Pros: Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus, komfortabel eingerichtet- zum Wohlfühlen! Der Garten mit seinem Badeteich mit verschiedensten Sitzmöglichkeiten , einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge , dem Kräutergarten ergänzt das Haus, dass man sich rundum erholen kann. Die Eigentümer sind sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren!
Cons: Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln- alles super!!
