The property was just outside the city "gates", about a 10 minute walk from the train station, and a short walk to the centre of Bruges. The area was quiet, safe, residential. The property itself was warm, comfortable and quiet. Kitchen was large and well-equipped. Bedrooms were all comfortable and well proportioned. My wife and one of our friends had the two bedrooms on the middle floor so shared a bathroom and separate toilet facilities, which were nicely done up. Everything looked high quality and fairly new, no signs of wear. I'd have no hesitation recommending this place.
No negatives that I can think of.

Mooi ruim huis voorzien van alle gemakken en op 15 min. loopafstand van het centrum. Bedden liggen heerlijk.
Het toilet op de eerste verdieping had aardig wat spetters/vlekken op de muur. Er zijn geen tegels dus dat is lastig schoon te maken. De rand langs de kookplaat was ook smerig. De dekens op alle bedden zijn ontzettend dik terwijl het huis heel erg warm is (zonder verwarming). Een dunnere deken zou in de zomermaanden beter zijn.
Verder was het huis ontzettend schoon.
Een lange spiegel ergens in het huis zou geen overbodige luxe zijn.

It was a short walk to the centre, but it allowed us to keep our steps up.

I would have loved a washing machine, after 4 weeks on the road it can come in handy. We found a laundry mat close by, so all was clean in our world.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to first gate into centre. Extremely spacious for 4 people, could easily accommodate 6 adults. Well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, great bathrooms, nice area outside for summer months. Everything we needed for a three day break in a gorgeous city.
