Beautiful, brand new apartment, completely renovated, completed in January 2021.
Contemporary style with a mountain feel. The apartment is fully equipped and spacious, with a surface area of 36 m², and can accommodate 4 people.
It is located on the ground floor of a typical local stone chalet in the village of Les Varcins, 2.5 km from the ski slopes, ski lessons and ski lifts.
Large free car parks are available at the foot of the slopes.
The village of St Martin is the capital of the Belleville Valley, with all its entertainment and shops.
Facing west, the flat is on the ground floor, with a terrace at the front, equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs, parasol and barbecue.
Large living room with flat-screen TV, large French windows, underfloor heating.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190), with desk.
Bedroom 2: 1 single loft bed (90x190), ladder, and 1 bed (90x190) with desk.
Bathroom: large walk-in shower, towel dryer, and toilet (in the bathroom but closed), washing machine.
Fully equipped open kitchen: Fridge/freezer, 4 hotplates, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle.

Yes.\nThe place was in good condition.Had a brilliant shower bit small for any more than 3 beds could do with upgrading and a drying room for snowboards but other than that perfect for use snow borders

Great place with great people! The neighbors were great as well as the Chalet was awesome. The view you wake up to in the mountains is next level.

Malgré des petits soucis techniques en arrivant, Joseph nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a réussi a réparé les toilettes bouchées dans l'heure d'arrivée. Il était prévenant et prêt à répondre à nos attentes.
La description du logement sur le site est par contre un peu trompeuse au niveau de l'espace proposé qui est plus petit que celui décrit.
La situation est idéale pour qui veut se balader ou skier à St Martin, Les Menuires ou Val Thorens.
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable.
